Politics plays a crucial role in our lives, shaping the policies and decisions that impact our communities, countries, and the world at large. Whether we realize it or not, our political decisions are heavily influenced by a complex interplay of psychological factors. In this article, we will delve into the psychology of political decision-making, exploring the various elements that shape our choices and the implications they have on society.

Introduction

Political decision-making is not a purely rational process. While we like to think that we make decisions based on facts, figures, and a thorough analysis of policy proposals, our choices are often driven by a mix of emotions, biases, and cognitive shortcuts. Understanding the psychological underpinnings of political decision-making is essential for policymakers, political strategists, and citizens alike.

Partisanship and Identity

The Role of Partisanship

One of the most significant psychological factors influencing political decisions is partisanship. Partisanship refers to the strong attachment and loyalty people feel toward a particular political party or ideology. This loyalty can be so strong that it often trumps other considerations, such as the specific policy proposals of a candidate.

Research has shown that individuals tend to support and defend their chosen political party, even when confronted with evidence that contradicts their beliefs. This phenomenon, known as “motivated reasoning,” leads people to interpret information in a way that confirms their preexisting beliefs and political identity.

Identity Politics

Identity politics is another crucial aspect of political decision-making. People often align themselves with a political group or ideology that reflects their social, cultural, or personal identity. These identities can be based on factors such as race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, and socioeconomic status.

When individuals perceive a threat to their identity or group, it can lead to heightened political polarization and a reluctance to compromise. This is because protecting one’s identity often takes precedence over rational policy considerations.

Emotional Influence

Emotional Appeals in Politics

Emotions play a significant role in political decision-making. Politicians and political advertisements often use emotional appeals to sway voters. Fear, anger, hope, and empathy are just a few of the emotions that can be effectively exploited for political gain.

Emotional appeals can override rational decision-making processes. For example, a political ad featuring emotional stories of individuals who have suffered due to a particular policy can generate strong emotional responses, leading voters to support or oppose that policy without thoroughly analyzing its implications.

Confirmation Bias

Confirmation bias is a cognitive bias that leads individuals to seek out and give more weight to information that confirms their existing beliefs while ignoring or dismissing contradictory information. This bias can significantly impact political decision-making by reinforcing preexisting opinions and preventing individuals from considering alternative viewpoints.

The echo chamber effect, facilitated by social media and personalized news algorithms, can exacerbate confirmation bias. People are more likely to engage with and share content that aligns with their beliefs, further entrenching their existing views.

Cognitive Shortcuts

Heuristics in Politics

Heuristics are mental shortcuts that people use to make quick decisions when faced with complex information or choices. In politics, heuristics can lead to simplified decision-making processes that may not always align with a rational analysis of the issues.

One common political heuristic is party affiliation. Instead of evaluating each candidate’s policies and qualifications independently, individuals may simply vote for the candidate from their preferred party. This can result in choices that do not necessarily reflect an individual’s true preferences or values.

Framing and Language

The way political issues are framed and the language used to describe them can significantly influence how people perceive and evaluate those issues. Politicians and media outlets often employ framing techniques to shape public opinion.

For example, a policy proposal can be framed as either a “tax cut” or a “tax reform.” The choice of words can evoke different emotional responses and influence people’s support or opposition to the policy.

Social Influence

Social Pressure and Conformity

Humans are inherently social creatures, and our political beliefs and decisions are often influenced by the opinions and attitudes of those around us. Social pressure and conformity can lead individuals to conform to the political views of their social groups, even if they may have reservations or doubts.

This phenomenon is particularly evident in close-knit communities and on social media, where individuals may fear social isolation or backlash for expressing dissenting opinions.

Group Polarization

Group polarization occurs when individuals within a group become more extreme in their beliefs and attitudes after discussing those beliefs with like-minded individuals. This can lead to increased polarization in society, where individuals become more entrenched in their positions and less willing to engage with opposing viewpoints.

Decision-Making Models in Politics

Understanding how individuals make political decisions is a complex endeavor, and various decision-making models have been proposed to shed light on this process. Among these models, Rational Choice Theory and Behavioral Economics with its Prospect Theory offer valuable insights into the psychological factors at play in political decision-making.

Rational Choice Theory:

Rational Choice Theory is a foundational framework in political science that assumes individuals make decisions by weighing the costs and benefits of available choices, aiming to maximize their utility. In the context of politics, this theory suggests that voters evaluate candidates and policies based on their perceived self-interest and the potential outcomes of their decisions.

While Rational Choice Theory provides a useful lens through which to analyze political decisions, it has limitations. It assumes that individuals have perfect information, make decisions solely based on their self-interest, and exhibit consistent preferences. In reality, voters often face information limitations, are influenced by emotions and social pressures, and may not always make choices that align with strict utility maximization.

Behavioral Economics and Prospect Theory:

Behavioral Economics, pioneered by researchers like Daniel Kahneman and Amos Tversky, challenges the rationality assumptions of traditional economic models. Prospect Theory, a key concept in behavioral economics, posits that individuals do not make decisions based on absolute values but rather on perceived gains and losses relative to a reference point.

In politics, Prospect Theory helps explain why people may be risk-averse when it comes to policy changes, as losses are often perceived as more significant than equivalent gains. This can lead to resistance to change and a preference for the status quo, even when alternative policies might be objectively better.

Behavioral economics also acknowledges the role of cognitive biases, such as loss aversion and confirmation bias, in shaping political decisions. These biases can lead individuals to favor candidates or policies that align with their preexisting beliefs, even if evidence suggests otherwise.

In summary, while Rational Choice Theory and Behavioral Economics provide valuable frameworks for understanding political decision-making, they also highlight the complexity and limitations of human decision-making processes. Political decisions are influenced by a multitude of psychological factors, including emotions, biases, and social influences, making the study of the psychology of political decision-making an ongoing and multifaceted endeavor.

Campaign Strategies and Persuasion Techniques

In the realm of politics, successful campaigns often rely on a nuanced understanding of human psychology to persuade voters and secure their support. Campaign strategists employ various persuasion techniques to sway public opinion and win elections. Here, we explore some of the key strategies and psychological principles at play in political campaigns.

1. Emotional Appeals: Campaigns leverage emotions to connect with voters on a personal level. Emotional appeals such as hope, fear, anger, and empathy can trigger strong reactions and shape perceptions of candidates and issues. For example, a candidate’s personal story or a compelling narrative can evoke empathy and foster a sense of connection with voters.

2. Social Proof: People tend to look to others for cues on how to behave or what to believe. Campaigns often use social proof by showcasing endorsements, testimonials, or the support of influential figures. When voters see that others trust and support a candidate, they are more likely to follow suit, believing that the candidate must be a worthy choice.

3. Scarcity and Urgency: Creating a sense of scarcity or urgency can motivate action. Campaigns often employ tactics like limited-time offers, fundraising deadlines, or emphasizing the rare opportunity to vote for a specific candidate. This triggers the fear of missing out (FOMO) and can prompt individuals to act quickly to secure their preferred candidate’s victory.

4. Cognitive Dissonance Reduction: When individuals encounter information that conflicts with their existing beliefs, they experience cognitive dissonance, an uncomfortable psychological state. Campaigns attempt to reduce dissonance by explaining or justifying their candidates’ positions, helping voters reconcile conflicting information.

5. Framing and Language: The way political issues are framed can significantly impact public perception. Campaigns strategically frame issues using language that elicits specific emotional responses. For example, portraying a policy as a “tax cut” rather than “tax reform” can evoke different reactions and influence voter support.

6. Identity Politics: Campaigns often target voters’ personal identities, emphasizing shared values, beliefs, and group affiliations. By aligning a candidate with a voter’s identity, campaigns create a sense of loyalty and belonging, motivating individuals to support their chosen candidate.

Understanding these psychological principles and persuasion techniques is essential for voters to critically assess campaign messages and for campaign strategists to craft effective communication strategies. In the dynamic world of politics, the ability to influence public opinion plays a pivotal role in shaping election outcomes and the direction of governance.

The Future of Political Decision-Making

As technology continues to advance at an unprecedented pace, the landscape of political decision-making is poised for significant transformation. The intersection of emerging technologies and psychology promises challenges and opportunities in shaping how individuals engage in politics and make informed decisions.

1. Technological Advancements: The proliferation of artificial intelligence (AI), big data analytics, and social media platforms has already had a profound impact on political decision-making. AI-driven algorithms can predict voter behavior and tailor political messaging to specific individuals, while big data analysis can uncover hidden patterns and preferences. Harnessing these technologies offers the potential for more targeted and personalized political engagement.

2. Counteracting Biases and Polarization: Technology can also play a role in mitigating cognitive biases and polarization. AI algorithms can curate news and information sources to provide a more balanced view of political issues, reducing the echo chamber effect. Additionally, virtual reality and immersive technologies can create platforms for constructive dialogue and empathy-building across political divides.

3. Ethical Considerations: While technology offers promise, ethical concerns must be addressed. The collection and use of personal data in political campaigns raise privacy and manipulation concerns. Striking the right balance between personalization and safeguarding democratic principles is a pressing challenge.

4. Psychological Resilience: Promoting psychological resilience is crucial in an increasingly polarized world. Education and initiatives aimed at enhancing critical thinking, media literacy, and empathy can empower individuals to navigate the political landscape more effectively and engage in productive dialogue.

The future of political decision-making will be shaped by the interplay of technology, psychology, and ethics. Embracing these changes responsibly and thoughtfully will be essential in ensuring that the political process remains transparent, equitable, and conducive to informed and empathetic decision-making.

Conclusion

The psychology of political decision-making is a complex and multifaceted subject. While we like to believe that our political choices are rational and based on careful analysis, the reality is that emotions, biases, cognitive shortcuts, and social influences often play a more significant role than we might think.

It is essential to recognize and understand the psychological factors at play to make informed political decisions and promote a healthier political discourse. As citizens, we can strive to be more aware of our biases and engage in open, constructive dialogue with those with different viewpoints. For policymakers and political strategists, acknowledging the power of psychology in shaping political decisions is crucial for crafting effective communication strategies and policies that resonate with a diverse and complex electorate.

By recognizing and addressing the psychological elements that influence our political decisions, we can work towards a more informed and empathetic political landscape that better serves the needs and aspirations of all citizens.

]]>
We can assume that you probably always bought a fresh Christmas tree in Brooklyn or on the streets of other cities. Still, now you are thinking, why should you spend time, money, and energy every year buying an evergreen plant if you can buy an artificial fir once.

But on the other hand, as if the spirit of Noel will go away with the plastic tree. In this article, we’ve weighed the advantages and disadvantages of both options for you, so you can easily make a decision.

Real vs. fake Christmas tree in the fight for the title of the most attractive one

Hanging decorations on branches was once the best winter event for us. The companions of that Christmas were cocoa and gingerbread, not excitement and anxiety.  Perhaps this is the kind of holiday you want to organize for your children.

In addition, the collaborative process of choosing the main attribute of the holiday can unite the family and become an exciting event.

For many, even the lights on a living tree will glow in a completely different way.

Real Christmas tree vs. fake smelling

The scent of fresh pine needles invigorates and instructs you in a cheerful mood, complementing the bouquet of Christmas winter aromas.

A live Christmas tree is the spirit of Noel; no matter what variety you buy, no matter what size and features, the main thing is the high day scent. It is different for us, but everyone brings back memories from the happiest time, from childhood. It smells like family dinners and traditions.

There are undoubtedly artificial substitutes for the scent of woody musk. You can always buy a scented candle or an automatic diffuser with a Xmas tree scent. However, you understand that such a half-measure is not enough to attract the Christmas mood.

Real vs. fake Christmas tree environmental impact

If we compare real vs. artificial Christmas trees in terms of environmental harm or benefit, it turns out that traditional forest beauties are much safer.

Perhaps you think this is absurd because there is a massive felling of trees before the December holidays. However, on farms, instead of one cut fir, one new one is planted.

Moreover, a living plant is always biodegradable and recyclable, which means it is safe for the planet.

At the same time, plastic specimens cause enormous harm to the environment. The materials from which they are made are not environmentally friendly. Moreover, the use of steel to strengthen the structure depletes the Earth’s resources. In addition, after completing the cycle of using plastic beauty, it will not be possible to remake it into something else.

Of course, if you store it for a long time at home, then the negative impact on overall climate change will not be as catastrophic. But it is still worth remembering that the only way for such a tree is straight to the landfill.

Real vs. Artificial Christmas tree statistics

The data we have collected shows that by purchasing Fresh Live Fraser Fir, Norway Spruce, or Normandy Fir, you are making an enormous contribution to supporting the economy of your city and state. Small business needs support from the client and the state since it is much more difficult for such entrepreneurs to stay afloat than colleagues from large and medium-sized categories.

Artificial trees are brought from abroad, most often from China. Thus, by buying plastic, you strengthen someone else’s economy and in no way have a positive effect on the financial situation in the United States.

Real vs. fake Christmas tree price

You probably thought that the average price of a live, real, fragrant Christmas tree is higher than a plastic one. At first, we thought so too, but the harsh truth shattered our confidence. The difference in cost is from $ 30 or more and not in favor of artificial beauty.

On the other hand, a fake plant is not a one-time purchase, which means it can pay off very well with long-term use.

Having once spent a tidy sum in the region of $ 100, you will save yourself from worrying about this for several years in the future.

Such an acquisition distinguishes practical, economic people from those for whom the most important thing is the spirit of the holiday and not its final price.

Now that you have looked at the choice from different angles and considered all the advantages and disadvantages of both options, we hope it will be easier for you to decide.

Share this article with your friends and get ready for Christmas!

The post Cash Vs Accrual Accounting | What Is The Difference? appeared first on markdesaulnierforcongress.com.

]]>
What is accounting, and what is it for?

Profit is defined as income received by an economic entity during the reporting period, reduced by the number of costs incurred. Income can be sold, i.e. received as a result of main activities (sale or resale of goods, services) and non-sale (exchange rate differences, interest on deposits). Not all income is involved in the formation of profit. As a rule, more entities prefer to use the accrual method in determining income tax. But at the same time, under certain circumstances, it is allowed to use the cash method.

It should be recalled that under the first method of accounting as income and expenses are taken these operations took place. However, they are not always accompanied by the indispensable movement of funds. Payment for any goods or services, as well as other settlements, can come later.

If we talk about a business accounting company, the legislation specifies the number of organizations that can keep it in a simplified manner. Only such enterprises are allowed to record income and expenses at the time of payment.

What is the difference between accrual vs cash accounting? We’ll look at it in detail below.

Income under the cash method

Revenues from the resale of goods, sale of own products, and rendering of services are recognized as income of an organization. The moment of its determination depends on the method applied.

The cash method assumes that revenue is formed under the following circumstances:

– the actual receipt of revenue in cash, to the settlement accounts;

– the day of receipt of property rights and other assets;

– repayment of debts to taxpayers by other means.

Thus, under the cash-based method, the revenue of the organization is recognized as revenue on a factual basis.

Expenses on a cash basis

If an organization has chosen the cash method of accrual when calculating income, the subject’s expenses are accounted for differently than under the accrual method. Expenses incurred may be classified as expenses only after they have been paid on a cash basis, and it makes no difference whether they have already been accounted for by the taxpayer before.

To confirm material expenses (except for expenses for the purchase of raw materials, goods), settlements with personnel by cash method, the following factors must be present:

– The actual payment of the debt through the cashier’s office or current account;

– At the moment of settling liabilities in another way.

The costs of payment for raw materials and the purchase of goods for resale are recognized at the moment of their sale. Depreciation charges are confirmed at the moment of their accrual. Tax expenses are recognized in the period of debt repayment.

Profit on an accrual method of accounting

Quite often, there is a difference between accounting and tax accounting. However, concerning income tax on an accrual-based accounting, the two types of accounting are as close as possible. This happens for the following reasons:

  • First, revenue should be recorded not when it is received, but when products are shipped or services are rendered. The corresponding entry in the accounting is made based on the dates of issued documents.
  • Secondly, non-operating income (fines, for example) should be accounted for on the same principle. For example, fines should be included in income and put on the date when such sanction is recognized by the debtor voluntarily or by a court decision.

Expenses are also allowed to be accounted for in the period in which they arise, without regard to the date of payment.

Choice of accrual accounting vs cash accounting and its fixation in the accounting policy for accounting

It should be taken into account that small businesses can choose between the income and expense recognition methods described above. Other entities are not given such a choice.

In addition, it is the responsibility of any enterprise to fix the chosen accounting methods cash vs accrual method in the accounting policy for accounting and tax accounting purposes.

The post What Is The Most Difficult Thing About Being a Parent? appeared first on markdesaulnierforcongress.com.

]]>
Even the most organized people cannot prepare for what their life will be like after giving birth to a child. They can buy up all the books on parenting, study the experiences of friends and family, rummage through their memories, and remember their childhood. But the gap between such ideas and reality is measured in light-years.

Parents-to-be do not know what their children will be like and how a child can transform your life. The appearance of a child is one of the most sudden and dramatic changes in the life of an adult. So, how do children affect the lives of mothers and fathers, and what is the most difficult about being a parent?

1. The loss of independence

Just imagine that you were just a completely independent person. You lived as you wanted and did what you wanted. And suddenly you became a parent and completely disconnected from the rhythms of normal adult life. Psychologists consider the first years of parenthood to be the most unhappy in a person’s life. These are the years spent “in the bunker”, rather short to the whole life, but often seemingly endless. The independence that parents once took for granted simply disappears.

2. The lack of sleep

Of all the suffering of young parents, lack of sleep is the most unpleasant thing. But most parents-to-be, no matter how much they are warned, even have no idea about it until their first child appears.

3. Irritability

Chronic sleep deprivation increases irritability. Young parents cannot resist the temptation to scream and break loose. Nothing upsets moms and dads more than similar behavior towards the weakest and most defenseless creatures in the world. However, this is how everyone behaves.

4. Inability to cope with the child

The modern child is an excess of desires in the absence of organization. The extravagance of children’s desires and actions, their boundless energy become a real threat to the orderly life of parents. The hardest part about being a parent is putting up with the need to be strict with their children.

5. Unhappy marriage

Studies show that parents are not at all happier than childless spouses, and often significantly less happy. Before children were born, partners believed that children strengthened the family. It seemed to them that having a child would strengthen relationships, make them more meaningful and lasting. But conflicts between such spouses arise more often. Children cause more fights than any other topic.

6. Lack of privacy

The amount of time that partners can spend alone is shrinking – opportunities for romantic evening dates are dwindling. There is no more time for parents to spend together enjoying each other.

7. Unfulfilled hopes

It is unfair to demand happiness from a child. Expectations turn children into a kind of “antidepressant” and make parents more dependent on children than children on their parents.

Final thoughts

Having a kid is always about creating new, endlessly repetitive responsibilities and new norms. But they also liberate parents from the usual rut along which their lives flowed. That is why being a parent is extremely difficult and cool at the same time.

In business, customer retention is critical. For companies offering software as a service, the most profitable strategy is to hold on to existing users. Any improvement in customer service is impossible without an analysis of the current level of service. Marketing research helps to cut off the quality of service, find out customer expectations, and measure their level of satisfaction and loyalty. To achieve all these goals, people apply to book winning.

What is SaaS customer success best practices?

The critical concept of SaaS customer success is high-quality content as you cannot explain why your product is necessary for your client without it. The content of the sites can be in the form of blogs, videos, and presentations. It helps to stand out among competitors. If you are ready to educate and engage potential customers while using the trial version of the product, email marketing should be one of your main tools. Email is one of the best ways to reach people before, on time, and after a free trial period. So do not underestimate the power of communication through email.

If customers become bored, they leave. Customers who do not feel the value of the product ultimately go to look for something more interesting that can provide this value. All you need to do to improve the perception of the value of the is to release its new version. Of course, it is better to do it for free, in automatic order, but the update should be meaningful.

Some customers leave sooner or later. Do not complicate this process for them. The more you obstruct, the more they will resist. If the customer wants to go, so let it be. However, you can talk to him before he finally leaves you and asks what he or she thinks about the SaaS organizational structure. Some of them will be quite able to find time to answer a couple of simple questions or talk on the phone.

One of the critical concepts of good customer experience SaaS is an excellent service. Set a goal – to respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours or less. If the request arrives during the working day, reduce this time to two hours. Customers deserve your immediate attention.

So keep in mind that SaaS customer success depends on a lot of factors. For this reason, it is essential to pay attention to every single detail because this depends on the profit and reputation of your company.

Nowadays most people don’t want to stay at home all the time. Instead of cooking, which takes a lot of time and effort, they prefer going out. A restaurant is a good way to spend time with pleasure and eat something tasty.

Obviously, as a restaurant owner, you are curious about making your restaurant better, more popular, and profitable. Restaurant survey questions are the best way to get to know what people think about your restaurant. Today a survey for cash is rather popular, which will show you the true opinion of public members.

But how can you do that? How to make this process interesting for your patrons? The following tips will be really useful for you to know.

Try To Ask Extensive Questions

Extensive questions are a very useful part of your restaurant satisfaction survey. Due to these questions, you can get more detailed information from your guests. They will need to write down their answers. It is much better than just tick something.

But it is also important to remember the number of such questions. It would be better not to include too much of them into your restaurant survey.

Avoid Using “Yes/No” Questions

Why do you need to minimize such questions as much as possible? Well, there are only two possible answers: «yes» or «no». It means that you will probably not know exactly whether your guests liked your restaurant, food, and services or not.

Don’t Ask Too Many Questions

Asking too many questions in your restaurant survey, you will make your patrons feel bored. Definitely, it would be much better to ask a few questions, which are really meaningful and important.

Try to avoid too long compound questions. For example: «What did you like most of all during your staying in our restaurant?». Instead, you may ask: «How did you like our restaurant? ».

Check And Edit Survey Questions Carefully

Before you start asking your patrons to fill out a survey, it is necessary to make sure that all the questions are right, rather polite and correct.

Ask your staff to fill out a survey. They may find some grammatical or syntax mistakes. It would improve your survey. In addition, it will help you to avoid some unwanted misunderstandings.

Examples Of Right Survey Questions For Restaurant

• Do you like visiting our restaurant?

• Was the service good during your visit?

• Please, rate the speed of service.

• Do you have any recommendations?

• Will you visit our restaurant again?

Examples Of Food Survey Questions For Restaurant

• Do you like our food?

• What new dishes should we add to our menu?

• What do you prefer to eat for lunch?

• What is your favorite drink?

• Do you like snack food?

Conclusion

A restaurant satisfaction survey will help you to understand how to improve your restaurant and get real feedback from your guests. That will make them feel happy and visit your restaurant again and again.

Watch out Naomi Campbell, move over Cindy Crawford, and forget about Kate Moss. Check out this new bunch of gorgeous models hitting the catwalk or any Victoria’s Secrets models in cat hole bra. They were taking part in the Scottish Breast Cancer Care Fashion Show. In seven show-stopping scenes ranging from gorgeous gowns to chunky knits, 20 models stepped onto the catwalk, all different ages, all from different backgrounds, all with one thing in common: Breast Cancer.

It’s the tenth year of the charity’s event, which this year raised £130, 000. Taking place at Glasgow’s Radisson Blu hotel, there were two shows in a day. Tables of families and friends cheered and clapped the models to the strains of toe-tapping tunes including Dolly Parton during the lunchtime show, hosted by weathergirl Kat Cubie. And for some getting a spot in the show had been a dream for almost a decade. Social Worker Jayne Whitcher says, “The charity helped me so much when I was going through my cancer, I’m so grateful, I just wanted to give something back and help in any way I could. It’s been eight years post diagnosis for me and since then, I’ve applied several times to be a model in the show, so this was a dream come true. And this has been wonderful, plenty of laughter, smiles and some tears, but what a fantastic time.”

And as with every catwalk show, a team of professionals was on-hand to make sure the models were runway ready. Doing the makeup was the Benefits team, lead by bubbly blonde, Claire McKinley. Claire says, “It’s all about natural, glowing skin but there’s going to be lights, there’s going to be cameras so first off all Porefessional is the main product to make sure the model’s makeup stays in place. Then to make sure the models have that all-important dewy skin, we’re using Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow which just gives that really hydrated, glowing, healthy-looking skin. And since we’re at a fashion show, it’s all about the Benefit’s ‘supermodel in a bottle’ the High Beam. It’s amazing for creating illuminating skin.

And for some, not only has it been a chance to dip their toe in the glitzy world of modeling. It’s also given them a chance to be pampered, and to find out about products which can help with certain specific beauty problems caused by breast cancer and its treatment, such as losing eyebrows and eyelashes. Model and hairdresser Sandra Kennedy says, “I have struggled with finding a decent product to replace my eyebrows and my eyelashes. But Claire used Benefit’s Brow Zings on me and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. Between that and the, They’re Real Mascara, these products have given me back my eyelashes and eyebrows and have made such a difference to the way I feel.
